LAW OFFICERS to TREASURY.
Opinion
That persons who, having been duly granted superannuation allowances under the Acts referred to (4 & 5 Will. 4. c. 24. and 22 Vict. c. 26.), are subsequently employed by the Government of a Colony, to whose funds a contribution is made from the Con- solidated Fund or from moneys voted by Parliament, are not liable to have their pensions suspended wholly or partially under the 20th section of the 4 & 5 Will. 4. c. 24.
