APPROXIMATE Estimate of the Cost of the Structural Additions and Alterations to the Prisons at the three Settlements, as proposed in Acting Colonial Engineer's Report of 28th September, 1872.

Nature of Service.

Improvement of Singapore Criminal Prison.

Sundry new works and alterations, including new offices, shot-drill sheds, separate working places quarters for 3 European warders, removal of P. W. D. Office", &c.
