WITH reference to our letter to you of the 8th instant,* Messrs. Druces and Attlee yesterday approved the final revise of the appendices to the transcript of the shorthand writers' notes, and instructions have been given to the printers to print the necessary number of copies of the notes and appendices. Prints of the notes and appendices will be delivered to the Members of the Court and Counsel in the course of Tuesday next.

Tanjong Pagar Dock Company, Limited.

DURING the course of the Arbitration proceedings in Singapore the Court requested the Company to amend their Particulars of Claim in order to show the modifications which had been made therein by their Counsel during the progress of the Arbitration. We have, since that date, repeatedly pressed them to deliver these amended particulars, and, they having now complied with our request, we forward you a copy thereof. The Solicitors to the Company inform us that they have delivered copies to the Arbitrators and the Umpire.
