Of those under the fifth heading, the land had been left uncultivated in eight cases, it had been restored in four cases (and in two of the latter the deceased died in child. bed); whilst of those under the last heading there died five to seven years after sale, 9; four years after sale at seventy-five years of age, 1; the land having been left uncultivated, 1; by falling from a tree, 1; in child-bed, 1; of small-pox and cholera, 3.

Deducting, as in the previous cases, there remain 88, of whom 12 were under five and eight over 60 years of age.

The land bought in for the Crown was a waste land when bought in; whilst of the persons included under the last heading, there died of small-pox, 2; typhoid fever, I; in child-bed (one six years after the sale), 2; of an abscess and want of food (four years after sale), 1; injured by fire, 1; after the land had ceased to be cultivated, 8.

There remain 45 persons, of whom nine were children of five years and under; two persons were 60 years of age.
