My Dear Delve,

I wonder if you could let me have some data on the Napalı type of Incendiary Fi e Bomb being used in Korea at present or pamphlets on the most suitable and effecient means of extinguishing it, also if there are any other special precautions to be taken.

It is a new thing as far as we are concerned, and we would like to be up-to-date with any special ethods required to be taken or adopted. It is quite possible you may have so e data on it that may help or guide us.
