It is especially important to make clear to them the

nature of Communist "Front" organisations such as the W.F.D.Y.,

the W.F.T.U., etc. and the other forms of camouflage under which

Communist penetration is normally pursued. Of these organisa-

tions the W.F.T.U., is the most dangercus and has been charged

with special activities in South East Asia.

13. This paper is being conveyed by the Foreign Office to

appropriate posts and by the Colonial Office to the Governments

of the South-East Asia dependencies.
