(f) The Opinions of the Law Officers of the Crown should be copied (where necessary) and should be sent for printing, together with the references to which the opinions are replies, as soon as possible after they reach the Office. These documents will be printed in the numbered Law Officers' Opinions series. They should not in any circumstances be included in volumes of Colonial Office prints, since copies of those volumes may be sent out to Colonial Governments for information and record."
The following amendment should be made to Section III D 3 of Part III of the Code of Procedure:-
In line 5, insert, between the word "Secret" and the closing bracket, the words "and Law Officers' opinions at least "Confidential".
