Entry of Indians into Hong Kong.
I am satisfied, on the U.K. High
Commissioner's information in the telegram under reference, that sufficient screening of ontrants will be carried out by Government of India. therefore prepared to admit to Hong Kong those catagories of Indians listed in my top secret savingram No. 113 of 1948.
