id agree that "the inclusion of an Indian and a Portuguese member in the four nominated unofficial members was reasonable if the Governor so wished".
Perhaps when the time comes to consider who are to be nominated as unofficial members, the interest the Government of India is taking in this subject will be borne in mind at your end and, should it be decided not to nominate an Indian, we should wish to be prepared to meet any objections the Government of India are likely to raise.
