An Ordinance to amend the law relating to the Urban Council.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Urban Council Amendment Ordinance, 1939.

Short title.

2. The Urban Council Ordinance, 1935, as amended by Amendments section 2 of the Director of Medical and Sanitary Services to sections (Change of Name) Ordinance, 1936, is further amended by of Ordinance

3 (1) and 10 the substitution of the words Deputy Director of Health No. 7 of Services for the words Director of Medical Services ” in sections 3 (1) and 10.
