Please refer to Tomlinson's letter F.18553/10147/10 of the 4th February, 1950, concerning Hong Kong Territorial Waters.

The Hydrographer of the Navy has now prepared a revised chart showing the Territorial Waters of the Colony in accordance with the new principles adopted during the preparation of our Memorial in the Norwegian Fisheries Case.

3. I enclose an additional copy so that you may send it to Hong Kong.
