Your letter 53848/50 of the 1st November about the territorial waters of Gap Rock. I have notified the proposal to drop our claim to territorial waters

to the Hydrographer and Operations Division. Neither have raised any objection and the Hydrographer will arrange for future charts showing Hong Kong's territorial waters to be amended accordingly.
