Chinese have now indicated desire to restore through Passenger service on Kowloon-Canton railway. This is being considered in view of continued great excess of passengers into the Colony.
Colony. Freight traffic do tard and outward continues with some wood oil, pigs, poultry and vegetables entering, and cotton, lubricating cil, gasoline, newsprint, etc. going out. Possibility of Insge movements of cargo unlikely owing to shortage of wagons, as well as general trading difficulties.
