Kowloon Centon Railway.

Meetings beld 22nd and 23rd May by General Manager of British Section al Canton, dealt with question of through goods pains with probable extension to through passenger treins, efter experience gained by approved triels of some 20 trains convaying railway material stored at Kowloon, and their return loaded with export goods. Trains will consist of Chinese coction locomotives and vagone. British Section acceptance requested Jor new gooda tariff and classification (20 classes) for all goods passing over joint line based on "planned economy for the British Section asked for timo to study. whole country", Chinose Section expectations are in terma of total of 2,000 to 4,000 tons per day at Kowloon.
