You may recall that after the debate on China in
the House of Commons on 4th May Sir Thomas Lloyd noted on
copy of Hansard that the subject of Hong Kong broadcasting,
which was pressed by Mr. Walter Fletcher during the debate
and had been raised in questions the day before, was likely
to be the subject of a further enquiry.
