Further to Shepherd's letter of the 17th February, we have

now heard from Cable and Wireless Ltd. that they have informed

their Hong Kong manager that he may, if necessary, offer to make

available to the Hong Kong Government up to half of the Fifth

Floor of the Company's office building, now in course of

construction.
