In paragraph 3 of his secret telegram No.274 of 22nd March,1949 of which you have had a cươpy, the Governor of Hong Kong promised us detailed observations by priority savingrom on the suggested brondzasting service to China. These have now com to hand and I enclose accordingly a copy of the Governor's secret priority savingram No. 55 of 26th March.
