and information about British and Western Democratic achievements and practice in labour, industrial, ed- ucational and other fields; and dis- semination of similar publicity and information about Hong Kong.
The functions of the Hong Kong Representative of the R.1.0. Singapore will not in any way affect, the position of the Public Relations Officer, Hong Kong, with whom he will main- tain close liaison. He will also maintain close liaison with and seek the advice of the Political Adviser to the Hong Kong Ger- ernment, who will be kept informed of all his at activities
