Devin returns. i am Miraid that I am rather fully engaged on Tuesday, but I could manage a meeting either in the morning or in the afternoon of "ednesday the 30th March. It would probably be convenient for members of our Defence and Economic Departments to be present as well as a representative of our Hong Kong Department,
I imagine that at a later stage you would probably wish to put our druit paper up to the F.d.(0) Committee for consideration.
