An Ordinance to make further provision for officers of the Supreme

Court and to modify and regulate the duties thereof.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Officers of the Supreme Short title. Court (Regulation) Ordinance, 1949.

2. The following section is hereby substituted for section 13 Repeal and of the Supreme Court Ordinance, 1873:-
