Your telegram No. 152..
Following for Gimson from Paskin.
Begins.
We will do our best to let you have our comment". by 25th February, but I am not optimistic that this will be possible since there will be little time before that date to consider coments of those to whom your was repeated.

As an indication of the K.Md of issue, involved we have in mind that the parallel action in the Federation to which you refer in your paragraph 6 (i.e. presumably proscription of the Societies in question by the Higa Commissioner in Council under Section of 1947)
8 of Ordinance No. il would be much more drastic in its consequences than the action contemplated in Singapore (e.3. Section 14 of the Federal Ordinance). Toreover
could be taken
before such action
High Commissioner would have to be watisfied that the activities of each Jociety were such as to bring it within the purview of Section 8 (1).
る。
We hope that these points will be covered in ine
replies from the Commissioner-General and High Coatssioner.
11.
We should also wish to have comments of Governor
Hong Kong es to possible repormasiens there.
