Any person who obstructs or impedes in the execution of Penalty for his duties or authority under this Ordinance any person authorised obstruction. by the Director to enter any premises for the purposes thereof shall in addition to any other punishment to which he may be liable under any other law be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month provided that warning is first given verbally or otherwise-

(a) that clearance of the site has to be effected under the provisions of this Ordinance; and

The provisions of this Ordinance shall be in addition to Savings and not in derogation of any other powers conferred by or under any enactment including in particular the Crown Lands Resump- Ordinance tion Ordinance, 1900, the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, No. 10 of 1935, and the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, and all such powers may ordinance be exercised in the same manner and by the same authority as No. 15 of if this Ordinance had not been made, nor shall anything in this 1935. Ordinance be construed as derogating in any way from any rights No. 18 of or powers of the Crown or liabilities of other parties conferred, 1935. reserved, or imposed by Ordinance, law, deed, agreement or custom in existence immediately before the coming into operation of this Ordinance, nor shall anything herein contained vary or affect the rights or liabilities as between landlord and tenant under any contract between them or vary the subsisting contractual or other rights between adjoining owners.
