I assume that Sir Percy may require to spend up to two weeks in Hong Kong. The question whether a visit is also required from a Scotland Yard expert on Special Branch organisation would be decided in the light of the recommendations which Sir Percy 31llitoe and my Police Adviser may make when they reach Hong Kong.
