Committee considered Item 4 of agenda. There was some mild criticism by Soldutor (U. 6. J. Rv ) of belated information. from U. K. Territori99, I gave oxplanation as instructed,

Soldator then raised objections to the consideration of any information from Indonesia, saying that bis Delegation resepved the right to propose a formal resolution whion would insist on deletion of thie information if they deemed it necessaIY, Spits (Netherlands) explained his Governmen & position, pointing out that sovereignty had not (repeat no?) yet been transferred, Without discussing perite of this ceso 1 then emphasised our view that question of whether or not (repeat not) Automation should be traneul Sted in pespect of any particular Territory pasted exclusively with the Metropolitan Fowey concerned, and reserved my right to speak further on the question of principle 17 Soldator put in his formal revolution.

Ferrag (Egypt) then raised whole question of definition of non-self-governing texrituries, saying that in bia view territories included in French inden had not (repsat not) cease to be self governing.
