In reference to the question asked me at the Commission by Mr Hooper Re Ormsby Villaw Kowloon, I find the only work I had anything to do with during the ownership of same by Mr Shun Chun Koo was done at

No 3, the papers which have been sent to you and explains same. I find when I was away on leave a complaint was received from Kr Lalibert, tenant of le

4, Insp. Duncan attended to same and found drain

choked and also trap broke at rear of kitchen. The

grating over trap in surface channel at rear of kitchen was also broken, Legal notices were served for sume on 13/8/06. Ina Duncan revisited on 17/8/06

and found nothing done. He saw the owner who said the work was in the hands of the contractor. The work was

completed on 28/3/06.

I would like the Commission to grant me a

rehearing.
