"To Tong states:-
"T was an assistant sexton at Yount Davis Cemetery. T
"left the Sanitary Foard service about 3 years ago. The
"head aexton to Chunp has been in the habit of making
"large graves for people. I know of one case in which
"he undertook to take up a coffin after burying it for
"2 or 3 days. It was grave To 5224. The name of the
"deceased child was Ng wok Pui. The hody was buried
"high up on the hill in the first instance, but the
"head sexton had it taken up and reburid near the foot
"of the hill for a money consideration.
"imilar practice is adopted in the case of grave 5504.
"There are graves of extraordinary sizes in the same
"cemetery, such as graves Toa 5946, 5790, and 5995, but
"i do not know whether they are done with the permiss-
"ion of the Sanitary Board.
