subscribed, including yours; now, you have got to tell

I will explain to you. Such a thing as this has

happened. Some people who have said that they belonged

to the Sanitary Board, and so on, have said to me

"Your rat holes must be stopped up. A great many rat

holas" they say. "You must give me some money". I said

to them "Where have you come from", They said "From

the Sanitary Board". They said they wanted money. At

first, they wanted $15, and I said I had not got so

much money. Then they wanted in the second plage $10, and then $5. I could not get out of it. I said "There
