Ministry have accordingly the honous to invite the attention

of His Kajesty's Rubaasy to the atter and to exprese the

bope that the latter will, in order to strengthen good

relations (between the two countries), approach the Government

of Hong Kong without delay and urge upon it the absolute

naco wity of radically anoulling or of mapanding the

original decision for removal.
