I now learn that the Chinese Minister
of Foreign Affairs will be in London 27th to 29th October and will almost certainly raise Kowloon City question in discussion with Foreign Secretary.
Please therefore, if possible, telegraph summary of your comments on my secret savingran No. 200 to reach me by 20th October.
