We enclose extracts from the "Ta Kung P80"

dated 15th and 16th January, 1948, on the Kowloon

Incident.

2.

While generally speaking the average Chinese

up here seems to know very little about the exact facts

of the incident, a certain amount of genuine indignation

appears to have been worked up in spite of this lack of

knowledge.
