House of Commons,
London, S.W.1.
To Mr. D.Rees-Williams, M.P.
Parl. Under Sec' for the Colonies.

I was a member of the recent Goodwill Mission to China and have to speak on matters concerning that country at one or two public meetings in the near future. Most of the statements I have already made, included a testimony to the mutual goodwill between our two peoples. Yours sincerely,
(Sgd.) James Harrison, M. P
