26. HQ LESEA is NOT responsible for arranging passages by sea, air or land,
It is the responsibility of the individual concerned or his sponsors.
ENTRY INTO INDIA, BURMA, CEYLON, SIAN
27.
(a) In the case of INDIA, BURMA and CEYLON all questions of entry
should be referred to the Government concerned,
(b) With the conclusion of the Anglo-Siamese Agreement of 1st January, 1946
there is no longer any question of debarring entry of citizens of any country into SIAM providing such entry has been approved by the Siamese Goverment.
(c) Where passage to INDIA, BURN, CEYLON or SIM necessitates travel through South East Asia Command procedure will be as laid down in paras 17 20 above inclusive.
