Page 1568, bottom of page, "I sent an indent in,
think, to Inspector H. Gidley's office, for Jayan
Fluid". I should have said "from".
I dont know, if you read the continuation of that
answer. (Quotes).
I was in Inspector Gidley's office, and I signed the
indent in his office, and he sent it as usual to the
Secretary, who instead of supplying Jeyes Fluid,
supplied Carbolosene.
Page 1569, question 13410, "he told ke it was ordered by Dr Clark. I went and asked him why he had made the
substitution, and he told me he had been told by Woodcock that there was a large amount of Carbologene
used in the store". It should be "umeed" in the store.
Next

should be "we still had a few barrels".
Page 1570, question 13419, I said "it was a written question". I understand the question to mean "did you ask Inspectör Reidie, or did Dr Clark ask Inspector Reidie". I certainly did not ask Inspector Reidio to
advise about Carbolosene. The answer should bé *it was
a written question by Dr Clark, addressed to Inspector
Reidie".
Page 1578, question 13468, "so that it took three yanğı

by п,
had been setaside, and Carbolosene used inakesÁ, In several cases, throughout here, the chemical names are wrong. For example, sodium of carbonate, should be
sodium curbslate.
