reporting, but suppòsing a plan has to go to the
Governor in Council for one thing, and to the Sanitary
Board for another, it takes up time, and it requires
two plane, and then it may have to go to the Governor
on another point. It is better to have one plan dealt
with as one complate whole by one authority.
Would it not be very much better for you, if you were 14205′′ |
directly under the Sanitary Board, made the head of the
Department, with your staff. Plane could then be dealt
with by you, and the E. 0. H. side by side and at once?

I have never known of plans being dealt with at home
by the equivalent of the Sanitary Board.
Drairs and all that would be dealt with by the City
Surveyor, or by the Engineer ?
