Yes. * - An Inspector would make out a long list of

houses, where overcrowding was suspected, and in order to prevent the Inspectors from going from one house to another, it was decided that the warrant should be

signed and the date left blank, with the name of the

house filled in, but that the Inspector should not visit

No 1, and No 3, and No 5 the same night, because after

having visited No 1, he would be sure not to find anyone

in No 3 and No 5. That was the reason the instructions

were given.

I really cannot be sure. They are not to disinfect
