was made M. 0. I wrote to the P. C. M. O. asking

whether it was the intention of the Government to have

this cubicle question enforced throughout the Colony,

or whether the Government would prefer to have it

enforced in one District first, to see how it worked. I

wrote a Memorandum, which was submitted to Dt Atkinson.

That was the beginning of the cubicle question. The

ultimate outcome was a Committee appointed by the Board

to reconsider and suggest amendments.

And the amendments were incorporated in 23 of 1903 ?

of the Committee. I remember we allowed on the ground

Who had been in charge of the Disinfecting station up

Inspoutor Reidle was in charge of tue Disinfecring

Station, when I came here, and i think he went right on

to 1904. I am not quite certain whether he was there

all that time

I dont know that he personally ordered the stores, or

whether Mr Woodcock, the Secretary, ordered the atores,

but I think he would sign for them.
