Yes, certainly, only in ựedical matters, mind you,

directing the discussion, and giving advice, and if you

get a conflict on anything between your M. 0. H. or between your bacteriologist and analyst, your President chips in. It would not be his place to do it, if he was sitting as an ordinary Member of the

Board.
