who got money. Can you give me any more names, besides
you have got down in this list ?
Well, as a matter of fact, as regards that statement,
he did not name the Inspectors, but he says that when
he asked the Inspectors to sign the bills, he always
paid them money, and it is only the Senior and Plague
Inspectors, who had authority to sign the bills.
