The Chairman :-
This of course is a new Commission and I will ask Dr Clark,
who has seen the shorthand report of the last meeting, if he agrees with the Notes, subject to any corrections being made, and that being so we will accept them.
submitted corrections.
M
I think that the bent manner of proceeding would be that the first work of each meeting should be to revise the short- -hand report of the preceding meeting and in order that each person should get a correct copy, I would propose to take it page by page and any Member who wishes to do so should point out what corrections he wishes to be made and these will be agreed to or not as our recollections will serve ua. Of Course they can only be small corrections.
Shelton Hooper:- Only clerical errors,
The Chairman:-
The Notes having been corrected.
I don't know whether any of you have got any suggestion by which we could accelerate this work. It is only necessary tu bear in mind that we must speak a little more slowly because
I am affraid we are rather difficult for the Reporter at
times, and I know Mr Pollock had at last Meeting to ask me
to speak more slowly.
Mr Shelton Roopari- I think this might meet it. Let us each correct our Papers
The Chairman 1-
and send them to the Secretary and let him go through each
of them and correct them in accordanga with all. Should wo think it necessary we could then call attention to anything
when we meet.
We must have correct onpiss up to date
