I see some alteration have beeh rule. The Contractor churgen 1867

cheaper but his figures have been altered to a higher price?

Probally in connection with that he charged 35 cents and the

contract price is 40 cente. Of course, if a nan makes a

mlatake against himself we alter the Bill in his favour and

if it is against the Government we alter it to agree with

the Contract price.

That is a mistake that unybody might make.- We have had a

very long sitting and we won't go on. You undergland Mr
