from a man who states that he has had a cubicle for a large number of years and the Inspector came and told him he must remove the cubicle, and he would like to keep the cubicle. Such a letter or application would be submitted to the Board
If it is a purely staff question it is dealt with by the
Principle Civil Medical Officer but if a question of the
Ordinance it is put before the Board.

In a case like this say a waste pira at the back of my 1550
Louse I have personal experience the waste pipe at the
back of my house was found choked up in the morning. The
Inspector, instead of coming up to my house and telling ne
to have that ripe cleared, went up to you and got out a
legal notice. In the afternoon I saw that pipe cleared. Two
days later official legal notice' was served on me calling
upon me to clear the pipe. I wrote in and complained to the
Board through the Secretary. Now by whom, in your opinion,
-
should such a case he dealt with ? by the Iri-ciple Civil
Medical Officer or by the Board ?
A: You wrote in and said what ?

Q: That the Inspector should not have caused a neti:
served upon me. He should have called my attention to it t
once as it would not take more than five minute to clear
the pipe.
