the minutes of that particular Meeting after he has verified

them. No doubt they are correct but Mr Woodcock is not

prepared to hand then in until he has checked them. Make a

note Mr Woodcock that we will require an Official copy of

the minutes of the proceedings of the Board on 17th Decen-

-ber 1903. No 24.

SheltonHooper:- That was regular Mesting. After the expiration of that

0:- Well, would you look at that and tell me whether those

Standing Orders were not made then ?

Ati

I believe they were, Ies. The difference between the two is that one has Section 14 and the other Section 10. I can't

explain that.

31 Q: Would you not say the Standing Orders themselves state it

was made under Section 14 ?

1327

1328

A2-

I take that to be correct and I am quite convinced in my own mind that they were made on that day.

1399 08- Notwithstanding the fact that the minutes of this and

another Neeting held on the 17th – the day on which they were reputed to be made by the Board said that the Stand-

-

-ing Orders were made under Section 10 of the Public Health

and Buildings Ordinance ?

A:-

That is correct.

It states the Standing Orders themselves that they were made under Section 14 notwithstanding the entry that the minutes themselves say that they were made under Section 10?

I am of the Opinion that the Standing Orders were properly made and that it was a clerical error putting down in the minutesthat it was under Section 10, ne in ny twn mind at present Section 14 is the correct one.
