That is not done as it was formerly, Formerly the reports

were addressed to me as Secretary of the Sanitary Board and

they were sent in to the Board. They were not sent in to the

Principle Civil Medical Officer, They were sent to me and

I sent a copy to sach Member of the Board.

Well you do keep them and you do submit them for the

information of the Sanitary Board ?

I certainly submit them for the information of the Board but

as I said formerly the reports were addressed to the Secre

-tary of the Sanitary Board.
