Gentlenen; since we laat mel, I have sɔn the Attorney

General and he tells mẹ that what we should ɖɔ would be

immediately after examination of a witness to read over

the shorthand notes and get him by sign then, I pointed

out that that was out of the question and he said the next

best thing would be to have the shorthand notes written

nụt in longħand, gone over by the Mothers of the Commission

with the witness and then sign them. That being so we rust

adopt the Attorney General's advice.

Agreed.

I think we had better now preceed checking the report of

last meeting and then ask Dr Clark to sign the notes as they

are before us.

Notes checked.

Now, Gentlenen in accordance with the Attorney General's

advise I will ask Dr 0Jark to sign.

Shelton Roozert- I have got thout four or five questions to ash Dr Clark to

complete his evidence. He cannot sign this and not the

others.

Te must agreg as to which is the Official copy of the Notes.

There is mine and the Secretary's. It is the question of

signature as to which copy the withens is to sign. I think

we had better treat the Secretury'a copy, Which in the orig= -inal from which the others are copiel, as the official copy to be signed by the wi^ness.

Will that be compared with the others ?
