Statement in my telegram No. 330 has been amended
by (a) substitution for passage referred to in paragraph 3 of your telegram No. 372 of following "The Governor and his advisers held these consultations and after considering other alternatives he came to the conclusion with which I agree that " and (b) inclusion of insertion quoted in paragraph 2 of my telegram No. 359.
Propose to make above statement here in reply to Parliamentary Question between 15 hours and 16 hours G.M.T. on Wednesday 5th March. It may be published locally not earlier than local equivalent of 16 hours G.M.T. 5th March.
