FURTHER ACTION
I have received the enclosed letter
for you with its attachments from Hazlerigg.
I understand from him that the attachments contain a collection of all the various forms which are used in this country in relation to both Parliamentary and local government elections.
Hazlerigg sent these to me for onward transmission to you as he felt that they were likely to reach you more expeditiously in the official bag.
Grantham arrived here from New York by the "Queen Elizabeth" last Friday and I have had some discussions with him on Hong Kong affairs. He is leaving town for the country on the 23rd May and will be coming out to Hong Kong with Lady Grantham by air on the 12th July. already have had a telegram giving you this information.
