A small lever hand stamp for embossing on

the ballot papers the secret mark of the

station.

A ballot box a useful size would be 15" x

15" x 15". The box must be strong, with

stout hinges, a good lock (2 keys), handles

for carrying and a slot through which

ballot papers can be inserted and for

which an internal shutter can be drawn

to close the slot at the end of the poll.

The shutter should have a staple, opposite

a staple in the lid, so that the slot may

be taped and sealed up at the close of

the poll.

A small hand seal, with some distinctive

initials or other device, for use in

sealing ballot boxes, bundles of ballot

papers, &c.

Brown paper, sealing wax and tape for securing

parcels of ballot papers, &c.

A copy of the Schedule to the Municipal

Council Ordinance which lays down the

rules for the conduct of elections.

Electors List, ballot papers, tendered ballot

papers (printed pink), lists for tendered

ballot papers, papers marked by the Presiding
