Constitutional changes.
I agree that points (a) to (a) of the representations of the General Chamber of Commerce have already received the fullest consideration, and that there is no cause to reconsider any of Sir Mark Young's recommendations on these matters, as modified, in the case of polat (c), by paragraph 3(b) of my despatch No, 222 œ the 3rd July I shall accordingly be glad if you will cause a suitablo reply to be sent to the General Chamber of Commerce on my behulf either now or when the despatches are published, whichever you consider the more appropriate.
2. Point (e) is, as you say, new, and I am addressing you separately on its Meanwhile you may wish to inform the General Chamber of Commerce that I have taken note of their views on this matter.
