I have spoken on the telephone to Mr. Ker of Reid Sharman and Company and told him that we are sending a telegram requesting the Governor for information as to the latest developments in this case and asking him to derer a final decision (ir an application for extradition has been received and is likely to be adverse to the petitioner) until the petition has been received here.
