metter is under consideration by the Governor in Council as the competent authority under the Ordinance, and that I therefore feel that no useful purpose would be served by adoption of the suggestion in passage quoted above. Solicitors are also being told that the right course is for the petitioner to continue to make his representations to the Governor in the Colony.
